At Mount Zion Church of God, our duty is to fulfill the great commission left us by the Messiah, the Lord Jesus Christ. Go ye therefore he said, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. (Mat28:19-20)

Our sole responsibility is to teach you the Apostolic Faith handed down by the Messiah to Apostles and from the Apostles to the Church of God.

A Distinct Identity

Welcome to Mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. Hebrews 12:22-24

In the Bible a church is represented by a woman. There are only two such representations;

(1) And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:( Rev 12:1)

(2) So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: (Rev 17:3-4)

The first woman is the Church of God mentioned 15 times thereabout in the Bible and the second is Universal Church of Christendom.

The Church of God is the light of this world, we carry the light of the gospel of Christ which is the Apostolic Faith. We are the saints of the Most High God, we are the ground and pillar of the truth. (1 Tim 3:15)

Train up a child in the way he should go

Our goal is to properly and carefully educate our children so that from a child they will known the holy scriptures, which are able to make them wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. (2 Tim 3:15)
